Dr. Chad, Dr. Kyle and the team at K B Dentistry want everyone to have access to dental care in Midvale, Utah. We know that costs can be a concern for our patients, and we are committed to helping you find payment solutions.

Our office works with most PPO insurance providers, and we ask that you contact our office prior to your visit to confirm your coverage. Our team will be happy to review your policy to help you find ways to get the most out of your insurance, and we can also assist you with filing your claim. If you need to meet the cost of a co-pay or cover your out-of-pocket expenses, we can accept:

• Health savings accounts

We offer a 10% discount for payment in full at the time of service.

Even if you do not currently have access to dental insurance, we can still see you. Our office works with the third-party finance company CareCredit® to provide you with additional financial options. Depending on your situation, CareCredit may be able to finance the entire cost of your visit, in some cases with low- or no-interest rates.
